The 4th edition of CTRL > CLTR, the international Learning Culture festival, brings Radical Imagination as its theme. After all, to radicalize the way people learn within organizations, HR needs to connect with more creative and transformative ways of imagining.
The word “radical” refers to the root, to the foundation. To reimagine corporate learning radically, therefore, is about rethinking the entire logic on which Training & Development has relied so far – the command and control approach. How far can imagination take a company’s Learning Culture?

She researches, develops, and teaches new ways of working in various complex environments. As part of the team at the American consultancy The Ready, she assists companies in modernizing traditional practices and eliminating bureaucracy.

Considered one of the top 3 most admired technology columnists in Brazil and recognized as a genuine influencer by HSM Management. One of the world’s leading references in organizational learning, he has held various leadership positions in the Human Resources area. Currently the Senior Director of Training & Development at Microsoft, he has previously worked at AstraZeneca and Citi. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

He has been a collaborator with Sesc in São Paulo for over 10 years. He was an artist-in-residence in Munich, Germany, and in Fukuoka, Japan.
