Registration Policy | CTRL to CLTR Academy

Registration for the CTRL to CLTR Academy training can be done directly through the website https://controltoculture.com/. Upon registration, individuals are pre-selected according to criteria defined by novi, namely: proof of working in the field of T&D in medium to large national or multinational companies, preferably in senior positions or with over 10 years of experience in the market. There are 40 spots available for each edition.

What you need to know about Ctrl to Cltr Academy before enrolling:

  • Live online classes | The class schedule is predetermined and communicated through the controltoculture.com website and direct communication with enrolled students. The program consists of 10 classes, each lasting 3 hours. The classes are conducted via Zoom.
  • Recorded classes with limited access | As of  2023, Academy classes will be recorded and made available exclusively to students of the same class in a restricted area of the controltoculture.com website with login and password. The videos will be  available for 6 months. Clips may be used for promotion of the program at any time. Therefore, enrolled individuals agree to provide their image and voice, free of charge and at any time, in our communication channels, media (written or spoken), or the internet/intranet, for educational and promotional purposes.
  • Supporting resources and apps | During live classes, we use various resources and apps to support interactive learning, such as Miro, Mural, Mentimeter, Notion, among others. Some restricted access networks may limit access to these tools. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify whether their local network (home or business) grants access to these sites and resources.
  • Exclusive alumni area | Confirmed enrollees will receive a login and password to access the website area with exclusive content from their class and other Academy classes. The content in this area is copyrighted, so we request that participants do not share links or videos with others, nor provide access passwords to third parties without prior authorization from novi, thereby respecting the Copyright Law 9.610/1998.
  • Communication channels | To support the learning journey at Ctrl to Cltr Academy, we may use various communication channels and community connection tools, such as email, Whatsapp, Slack, among others, as necessary. For any questions, please contact ola@novi.cc.
  • Onboarding kit | After enrollment confirmation, we request address data to send an onboarding kit with surprises to support your journey in the Academy.
  • Certificate | Participants who submit their learning evidence within 1 month after the end of the Ctrl to Cltr Academy course will receive a participation certificate with proof of hours invested in the program.

After the selection of enrollees, approved individuals are notified by email and/or phone (whatsapp) with information about the program and payment instructions.
