Where we send your data

Registrations for the From Control to Culture Festival and the CTRL to CTRL Academy are carried out through the RD Station e Gravity Form form services. Please refer to the terms of these services for more information.

In this registration, we collect personal information such as name, surname, company, number of employees, person’s position in the organization, email, and phone, which are processed and stored via RD Station for email marketing purposes. This data is used for commercial and promotional purposes by nōvi and is not shared with third parties. We are against spam, so in all our communications, the user can unsubscribe from our list at any time.

When registering for the Academy, people are pre-selected according to criteria defined by nōvi in the registration policy.

In case of approval to participate in the training, the user receives login and password for exclusive access to the site for an indefinite period. In this case, we will contact the user directly by email and/or phone to proceed with the payment process. Therefore, this site does not collect credit card or other payment method information.

If the pre-registered person does not meet the participation criteria, they will be informed by email that they have not been approved, and their data will be stored for up to 5 years in our database.

We follow the standards for the protection and security of your personal information both during transmission and after we receive it. However, our responsibility does not include unauthorized access and/or acts by third parties (such as through hacking) or acts or omissions beyond our control.
