A computer scientist and “anti-racist hacker,” she is internationally recognized for her research in ethics in the technology field. She founded the Hora Institute in 2020, focused on digital rights in Brazil, and is a consultant for organizations such as the UN, Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court, and the Brazilian Government Presidency. She writes about AI in the MIT Technology Review Brazil.

Adah Parris

Founder Mental Health First Aid England

Speaker, polymath artist, technological futurist, and activist. Her expertise spans living systems, technologies (digital and ecological), and systems design. As president of Mental Health First Aid England, she promotes innovation and transformation with empathy. With over 20 years of experience, she has collaborated with global organizations such as Natwest Bank, Google, and Tate Modern.

Tim Ackroyd

VP Creative & Design EF Education First

Over 20 years of experience in media, product design, and innovation. After 7 years as a creative and video director at Microsoft, Tim took on the role of creative director at EF Education First. He is currently the Creative & Design VP at EF and one of the key figures behind the creation of Hyperclass – a tool that won the ELTons Digital Innovation in Language Learning award from the British Council.

A pioneer in adaptive organization design and the future of work, with 20 years of experience in transformation. She researches, develops, and teaches new ways of working in various complex environments. As part of the team at the American consultancy The Ready, she assists companies in modernizing traditional practices and eliminating bureaucracy.

Currently the Senior Director of Training & Development at Microsoft, he has previously worked at AstraZeneca and Citi. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Development and Career Manager at Lojas Renner, has an MBA in production management and people management, specialization in corporate education and an international master’s degree in business management.

Danilo Oliveira

He is a visual artist and teacher. He holds a Master’s degree in Visual Arts from the Institute of Arts at Unesp. He carries out exhibition projects, courses, and workshops for various institutions. He has been a collaborator with Sesc in São Paulo for over 10 years. He was an artist-in-residence in Munich, Germany, and in Fukuoka, Japan.
