Janice Burns

Janice Burns is a strategist and futurist of human capital, implementing talent development programs that drive business results. She was Degreed’s first CCEO (Chief Career Experience Officer) and current CPO (Chief People Officer). Before that, Janice spent 28 years at Mastercard, where she worked as CLO (Chief Learning Officer), leading learning experiences all around the world.
